We want you to be fully satisfied with your official Billie Eilish merchandise; however, if you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition drops and intimate apparel are final sale to ensure the safety and exclusivity of our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
